Quick & Easy Easter Cards

I made these two quick and easy Easter cards using the charming Garden Girl stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  This is such a cute stamp set that I missed the first time I was going through the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue.  I got it to have the sweet little girl as great image to colour (check out my post tomorrow!)

By the way, I’m obsessed with my Blends markers for colouring.  These are the alcohol markers from Stampin’ Up! See more about the Blends here.  I used my Blends on both of these cards.  And I just added a little bit of the regular Wisteria Wonder marker (Wisteria is not available as a Blends marker) on my butterfly to make it all match!  Isn’t the little bunny and the little chick so sweet?   I used the “Happy Easter” stamp set from the Sweet Little Something Stamp set.

These cards were quick and easy to put together with just a little bit of colouring. The first card just has some stamping on the front of the card and the 2nd card is only a little more time consuming, due to the Big Shot die cuts with the Stitched Shaped Framelits.

I think the Garden Girl stamp set could be perfect for many occasions (Mother’s Day, Girl’s Birthday etc), not just Easter.  If you are looking for other Easter card ideas, be sure to check out this post.
