I love Daffodils for Easter and for April!  They are the perfect reminder that spring is close by!!  I used the You’re Inspiring stamp set from Stampin’ Up! for the daffodil image and the saying (see the full supply list at the end of this post).

The background of this card is Daffodil Delight and I used the new Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder.  This folder is available for FREE with a $120 order before the end of March and it includes a gorgeous stamp set!  See all the Sale-a-bration options HERE.  The folder is a 3D folder type folder as the embossed background really pops off the page.  I can see myself using this one a lot!

Also on this card, I coloured the Vanilla and Gold ribbon with my Light Pumpkin Pie Blends alcohol marker!  Isn’t this an awesome tip?  You can basically change the ribbon to match any colour you want!

I also used the gold metallic foil doilies to match the gold edge ribbon. I cut in half one large and one small doily and used them to build a border around my image.
