Your Creative Connection: Easter Bunny Gift Card Holder

Have you been following the twice a month group I’m in called Your Creative Connection? This is a group of demonstrator friends from around the world and we all do a themed card every two weeks. This week’s theme is “Gift Card Holders”.

With Easter right around the corner, I thought an Easter Bunny Gift Card holder would be perfect for this theme. And it has my favourite kind of gift card in it…can you tell what it is?
I made a super easy gift card holder for this theme by just making a pocket that you can insert inside the card. I made my card a square card but it will still fit into a regular medium size Stampin’ Up! envelope.

The stamp set that I used on this card is the new Welcome Easter stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! January to June Mini Catalogue. You can see all the current catalogues here. This stamp set has got lots of sweet images for Easter, but with its adorable little animals and baby saying, this stamp set could also be perfect for making a card for a new baby too.

I used a combination of Stampin’ Up! Blends markers to colour this adorable bunny (see more about Blends here). Although I made this an Easter Gift cardholder, this sweet bunny especially with the plaid DSP pattern, would also work well to welcome a new baby girl.
