I used the "Wetlands" stamp set to make this pretty card.

For the Paper Tearing technique I tore the edge of the paper and then ran the Pool Party cardstock along the edge of a table multiple times and then misted the cardstock lightly.  The paper then separates if you peel it slightly back. 

Colours are:

• Pool Party
• Crumb Cake
• Early Espresso
