"Regarding Dahlias" is a beautiful new stamp set in the Stampin' Up! 2013-2014 Catalogue. 

Beckie Roy, a very creative demonstrator in my group, from Hamilton, Ontario made this stunning birthday card for me using the "Regarding Dahlias" stamp set.

I love the bright orange and yellow colours Beckie chose for this card.  And the whole card is spritzed all over with Stampin' Up's Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz for a sparkly glow to the whole card. 

Beckie also used the Butterfly stamp from Stampin' Up's "Best of Butterflies" special release stamp set (see all the special release stamp sets HERE). 

The embossing folder is from the "Holiday Happiness" catalogue from Stampin' Up!
