My main perk about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is the ability to earn an income outstide of the traditional workforce.  Of course, it helps that I LOVE it!!

Another perk is that Stampin' Up! provides demonstrators with lots of great resources including a bimonthly magazine, called Stampin' Success, full of business and project ideas.
