Candy PouchCandypouch


Treat your special sweeties to a fun & creative way to open their Valentine’s candy. This easy candy pouch is a great quick project that is good for kids, too!!!

Supplies:
Stamps: PS I Love You (w-#125460, c-#125462)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler (#119669)
Cardstock: Whisper White (#100730), Cherry Cobbler (#119685)
Accessories: Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine (#113439), Hearts Collection Framelits (#125599), Corner Rounder Punch (#119871), 1” Circle Punch (#119868), Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine (#123125), Simply Scored Tool (#122334), 3” x 5” Cello Bags (#103104), Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), Valentine M&M’s, stapler

Instructions:
1. Cut your Cherry Cobbler cardstock to 3-1/4” x 11”. Score at 4-1/2”, 5”, 5-1/2”, and 10”. Fold into a pouch with a gusset at the bottom.
2. Fill a cello bag half-full with M&Ms. Staple to close.
3. Using the second smallest Heart Framelit, cut a heart out of the front of the pouch.
4. Round the corners of the tab end of the pouch.
5. Stamp the Sent with Love from the PS I Love You on your Whisper White cardstock with Cherry Cobbler cardstock. Punch out with the 1” Circle Punch.
6. Secure cello bag inside pouch with SNAIL Adhesive. Add SNAIL to the flap and close pouch.
7. Wrap Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine around pouch and tie a bow.
8. Add Sent with Love with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

Sweecentres3Instructions:

1. Create card base from Chocolate Chip card stock (4 ¼” x 11”).
2. Using Lace Ribbon Border Punch, punch out multiple strips of Lace Ribbon borders of standard copy paper. Using Dotto Adhesive, adhere these strips to Crumb Cake card stock panel (4” x 5 ¼”), one on top of another, to cover entire panel.
3. Spritz Blushing Bride Smooch Spritz all over Crumb Cake card stock and allow to dry. Remove Lace Ribbon Border strips to reveal a beautiful design. DO NOT DISCARD THESE STRIPS!
4. Using Whisper White Craft Ink and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, heat emboss heart image on scrap of Crumb Cake card stock. Cut out using scissors.
5. Apply SNAIL Adhesive around the back side edges of heart image and adhere Blushing Bride Pleated Ribbon to completely frame image. Adhere this piece to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Using Chocolate Chip Craft Stampin’ Spot and Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder, heat emboss heart image. Using 1 3/8” Circle Punch, punch out “I {heart} You” portion. Adhere this to a 1 ¾” Scallop Circle Punch of Chocolate Chip card stock. Adhere layered “I {heart} You” greeting to center of heart image using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Thread Early Espresso/White Baker’s Twine through a Very Vanilla Neturals Designer Button and tie into a bow. Adhere to focal piece using Mini Glue Dots.
8. Inside of card: Adhere panel of Crumb Cake card stock (4” x 5 ¼”). Adhere one of the Blushing Bride Smooch Spritzed strips to bottom of the inside of the card.

 

Technique – Faux Wood grainWoodgrain


When you need a card for a man, it can be a challenge but now you can make a faux woodgrain background quickly and easily with a few swipes of an inkpad!

Supplies:
Stamps: Zoo Review (wood: 122197, clear: 122199) and Word Play (wood: 120308; clear: 120651)
Ink: Jet Black StazOn ink pad (101406); Sahara Sand (105208), More Mustard (103162), Cajun Craze (119671), and Garden Green (102272) Classic Stampin’ Pads
Paper: Cajun Craze 119684) and Very Vanilla (101650) card stock
Accessories: Simply Scored (122334); Blender Pen (102845); 1-3/4” Circle punch (119850); Big Shot machine (113439); Circle #2 die (114526); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)

Instructions:
1. Using the Simply Scored tool, score lines ½” apart on Very Vanilla card stock.
2. Open the Sahara Sand ink pad and drag the surface of the pad along the cardstock in the same direction as the score lines. Don’t try to cover all the paper.
3. Repeat with More Mustard ink pad, and then Cajun Craze ink pad.
4. Layer this piece onto a folded Cajun Craze card and set aside.
5. Stamp giraffe with StazOn ink on Very Vanilla card stock. Squeeze each ink pad lid to deposit some ink inside the lids and use Blender Pen to color the image with More Mustard, Cajun Craze, and Garden Green ink. Layer onto Cajun Craze card stock and adhere to card front.
6. Stamp “wish BIG” with Cajun Craze ink on a scrap of Very Vanilla card stock and layer onto 2” circle die cut from Big Shot and Circle #2 die. Attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Introduction:
Valentine’s Day is a great opportunity to capture pictures of couples. This scrapbook page is a perfect way to highlight the lovebirds. It would also make a beautiful framed picture.

Supplies:
Paper: Baja Breeze Cardstock (111352), Whisper White Cardstock (100730), Garden Green Cardstock (102584), Early Espresso Cardstock (119686), Pink Pirouette Cardstock (111351), Well Worn Designer Series Paper (122359)
Ink: Rose Red Classic Ink (101778), Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker (100082), Whisper White Craft Ink (101731)

Instructions:
1. Cut a scallop circle with the Scallop Circle punch in the scrap of copy paper, and use the hole created as a stencil to makes clouds with the Stamping Sponges and Whisper White Craft Ink. Set aside to dry.
2. Cut a 6-1/4” x 4-1/2” piece of “woodgrain” paper from Well Worn DSP set. Mark short edge at center (2-1/4”) and long sides at 2-1/4”. Draw lines from center top edge to marks on each side, and cut off diagonal pieces.
3. Cut 3/4” x 4-1/2” piece of Early Espresso Cardstock, and then crop long side with the Scallop Edge Border Punch.
4. Cut 2” x 8” piece of Early Espresso, and then tear along both long sides to create a branch.
5. Cut eight sets of leaves with the Little Leaves Sizzlit and Garden Green Cardstock.
6. Cut three sets of flowers with the Floral Fusion Sizzlit and sponge the edges with Rose Red Classic Ink and a Stamping Sponge.
7. Layer two large flowers and one small flower and glue together using SNAIL Adhesive. Layer two medium flowers and one small flower and glue together using SNAIL Adhesive. Using paper-piercing tool and mat pack, pierce a hole in the center of the two flowers, and also in the small single flower left over. Insert In Color Designer Printed Brads in each flower.
8. Adhere branch, bird house, bird house roof (scallop edge pieces) to Baja Breeze page using SNAIL Adhesive. Adhere your photo to bird house using SNAIL Adhesive. Adhere leaves and flowers using Mini Glue Dots.
9. Using Whisper White, cut one piece with the Modern Label Punch. Write “Love Birds” using Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker.
10. Pierce two holes in the label using the Paper-Piercing Tool and Mat Pack and insert two gold Metallic Brads. Adhere label to birdhouse with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

 

Card – Scallop Fun Fold CardScallopcard


There are many ways you can create and fold cards. This card features one cool fold that you are sure to do over and over.

Supplies:
Stamps: Best Friends Forever (122805 – W, 122807 – C), Four Frames (123440 – W, 123442 – C), It’s Your Day (123682)
Card stock: Whisper White 8 1/2 x 11 Cardstock (100730), Basic Black 8 1/2 x 11 Cardstock (121045), Twitterpated Designer Series Paper (125406)
Ink: Jet Black Staz On (101406), Riding Hood Red ( 111836)
Accessories: Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), SNAIL Adhesive (104332), Basic Black 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon (119261)
Tools: Decorative Label Punch (120907), Big Shot (113439), Scallop Circle Bigz Die (113468),

Instructions:
1) Cut 1 pc of Whisper White cardstock 8″ x 8″. Fold in half diagonally one way, unfold and fold the square in half both ways. When you fold on score lines, the diagonal scores should fold inside the square.
2) Place the folded square on the Scallop Circle Bigz die with the closed peak just shy of the die edge so that only half of the square will end up being cut. (the side with the openings)
3) Cut one piece of Twitterpated Designer Series Paper at 4 3/4″ x 9 1/2″, fold in half and once again place the folded edge just shy of the top 3 scallops to create a fold/ flap for your card. In the fold, cut a small slit with your Paper Trimmer to allow the peak from the first die cut to slide through.
4) Stamp the inside of your Whisper White fun fold scallop die cut with the Best Friends Forever stamp set images and Riding Hood Red ink.
5) Stamp the Four Frames image in Jet Black Staz On ink on Whisper White cardstock, stamp your sentiment from It’s Your Day stamp set in Riding Hood Red ink and punch out using the Decorative Label Punch.
6) With the Decorative Label Punch, punch out a piece of Basic Black cardstock and cut in half. Layer these two halves under the stamped Whisper White label.
Scallopcard37) Apply SNAIL adhesive to the back left half of the label and loop the Black 1/8″ Taffeta ribbon three times and attach to the back of the label.
8) Apply SNAIL adhesive to the bottom half of the Whisper White die cut and line up with the scallop edges on the Twitterpated die cut, sliding the peak through the slit in the top of the card base. Then apply SNAIL adhesive to the top half of the Whisper White die cut and attach to the top inside of the Twitterpated die cut.
9) Attach Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the punched label and adhere to the front of your card.
