Delicate Pines Elegant Snowflake Card

Delicate Pines darker snowflake Christmas card Stampin' Up! with Cloud Cover inkToday I’m sharing a soft and elegant Christmas card made with the Delicate Pines Bundle — and you can make it in two beautiful versions: light or dark! ❄️ Both designs use the same layout and colours but create very different moods, showing how versatile this bundle can be.

In my video, I demonstrate how to use Cloud Cover and Secret Sea inks to blend a soft winter background, then layer vellum and silver foil for a shimmery snowflake look. The darker version has more depth and contrast, while the lighter version feels soft and frosty — both equally stunning!

✨ Colour Combo

  • Cloud Cover – Ink & Cardstock
  • Secret Sea – Ink
  • Basic White – Cardstock
  • Silver Foil – Accents
  • Vellum – Overlay layer for soft shimmer

This cool, wintry palette creates the perfect balance between modern elegance and festive sparkle.

The darker version makes the silver foil and vellum pop beautifully.

While the lighter version gives that soft “snowfall” look. Try both and see which you love best!

That one features a green-and-silver colour scheme for a completely different look. Why I Love This Project

This card is quick to make and ideal for batch-producing Christmas cards. You can die cut several snowflakes at once, then assemble quickly — especially handy if you’re making 10 or more! Add a few Faceted Snowflakes and a touch of Wink of Stella for that final snowy sparkle.

Tip: Try using a white card base to make the Cloud Cover blues appear lighter, or use Cloud Cover cardstock for a richer, moodier version.
