Christmas “Cod”
I love the humour of the “Fa-la-la-la Friends” stamp set from the Holiday Catalogue. There are three images and three puns to go with them (see yesterday’s post for an image of the stamp set).
Today’s card was made the very talented, Beckie Roy, a demonstrator in my group, from Hamilton, Ontario. Beckie stamped the fishes on watercolour paper and coloured them with a combination of markers and an aquapainter. The Seaside embossing folder is perfect as “waves” with the fishes. My favourite part of the card is the saying, not only because it is funny, but because Beckie curved the saying and then hand cut it out.
