I got this wonderful birthday card from a demonstrator in my group, Rhonda Cutler from Burlington, ON.  It uses a new stamp set "World of Dreams" and some gorgeous "Back to Black" cardstock.  I love how Rhonda lined the envelope too with matching designer paper. And I love the black and white card.  The image has been embossed with white embossing powder.

The framelit Rhonda used to cut out the image and the frame it the "Labels Collection" and it is part of this months Big Shot/Bundles special.
