This card was made by Pam Struwing of Lakefield, ON. I like how Pam made the "dots" from the Decorative Dots embossing folder appear raised and shiny, like alligator skin!! She ran her versamark pad over the embossed paper and then sprinked with clear powder and heat set!
The fun paper in the background is the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up Occasions Catalogue.
