Trick or Treat! This Halloween card is so cute, made from the Owl Punch from Stampin' Up. I got this card at Stampin' Up's Founder Circle Retreat 2013 from Linda Gutierrez.

d the Owl Punch upside down, cut off the feel and made it into a ghost! So easy and sweet!
