Decorate for Halloween with a Wreath!
This aweseome Halloween wreath was on display at the Founder's Circle Retreat 2013 I attended last month.
It is made from Stampin' Up's Modern Medley Designer Series Paper. The paper is all just little strips curled with the edge of a scissor and attached to a styrofoam form.
