Use the "Dress Up" framelits with any designer papers or emboss your cardstock for a super cute look.

I used the vine folder, available free from Sale-a-bration for both the top of

the dress and the background.

Also from Sale-a-bration, is the stamp set "Bloomin' Marvelous" for the background flower and the saying. 

Sale-a-bration ends on March 22, 2013.
