Want a "Happy New Year's card" and a Christmas card all in one? 

I made this card with the super cute "Happy Hour" stamp set. 

LOVE this stamp set…so many cute things you can do with it!

The glass is stamped in Basic Gray (matching the cardstock base) and then the candy cane in the glass is stamped with Real Red ink.

I added a rhinestone to the base of the glass and some silver glimmer paper under the ribbon accent.

Ribbon is from the Holiday catalogue.  It is striped Satin Ribbon…the Basic Gray with black Stripes.

The Doily is from perfect Pennants Bigz Die.
