This stunning card was made by a superly creative demonstrator in my group, Shirley Hannah of Winona, Ontario.

The main focal paper flower is made by multiple layers of scallop circles.  I love how Shirley sprayed the paper flower with a mixture of rubbing alcohol and champagne mist shimmer paint.  Click here to view the Sale-a-bration free products.
