This is a card I made a recent demonstrator get together. 

Super simple to put together, just stamp hearts randomly over the white cardstock.  Then add the decorative border and matching tafetta ribbon and a quick punched out heart (also from the same stamp set).  

What friend wouldn't love this card to let her know you are thinking of her?

Stamp Set:  I {Heart} Hearts (Stampin' Up Idea Book and Catalogue, p. 46) 

Colours:  Whisper White, Real Red.
