These adorable boxes were made by the ever talented and creative Katey Fisher, a demonstrator in my group from Oakville, Ontario.  

She used the Petal Card Extra-Large Double Punch  from Stampin' Up!  

It takes 4 punch outs and you cut off one "petal" off each box.  Attach sticky stripy to the other petal and attach each panel together to form the box.

The front heart has been punched out of Stampin' UP's new glimmer paper (love this!!).  Katey also added a strip of Designer Paper around the box.  Quick, cute and simple!!

The box fits a couple miniature chocolates or candies. 

Wouldn't they be cute on each place setting at a dinner table.  Or on each of you co-worker's desks on Valentine's Day (or EAster!)
