This gorgeous 3-dimensional card was made by a demonstrator in my group Rosina Petrella from Hamilton, ON.  She used the material, seam binding, and Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Mini Catalogue. 

She also used the new Stamp set "Welcome Christmas" from the Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalogue.   The 3-D wreath was created by wrapping material around a little plastic ring.  Love how the material matches the designer paper!  Beautiful!
