I'm loving this Sweet Scoops stamp set from the Summer Mini Catalogue.  On this card, I also used the Presto Patterns Designer Series Speciality Papers. You can get a sampling of these in my Designer Paper share (check out the details HERE).
 

This paper has an embossed image built into the paper.  I then sponged chocolate chip ink over the top and VOILA…instant ice cream cone paper.

Notice too the "ripple" on the ice cream.  This comes in the stamp set.  I just stamped the ice cream top in melon mambo ink and then stamped the ripple over top with white craft ink! Yummy!

Tag is a mini vintage Tag (p. 186 of the current Stampin' Up! Idea Book And Catalogue).
