My stamp club made this card last month (as a Halloween, Fall or Thanksgiving card) as one of our 3 projects for our FREE class night.  The image is watercoloured with staz-on ink, Stampin' Up's Aquapainter (like a watercolour brush with a water reservoir) and watercolour ink on watercolour paper.  We also learned the techniques of masking and faux stitching.
