Jen explains some of the steps here:

First I coloured the house and tree stamp directly on the rubber using my markers and stamped an extra house on a scrap and cut it out. .

I inked up my Tailgating wheel in Chocolate Chip and stamped on a scrap of vanilla, coloured the dog I wanted with the Caramel and Mustard markers, and cut him out.

Using my Stampamajig, I stamped a border with the "Sad to see you go" stamp in Chocolate Chip, lining it up on the pencil mark so only the flourish would show after the Ruby panel was adhered to the card base.

I used my paper piercer, needle and linen thread to make a few stitches on the house layer, visually anchoring it to the Ruby layer so it didn't look like it was floating.

I used my Lots of Labels die cuts to make one label in Vanilla, and two in Chocolate Chip.  I used my jig again to stamp the "We've moved our doorstep" sentiment onto the Vanilla label, backed it with the two Chocolate Labels (one towards the top and one towards the bottom, making it look matted), and adhered it to the front of the card.  The shape of the label reminds me a bit of clouds, so I chose to place it where the sky would be.

Then I put Crystal Effects on the windows of the house, and left it to dry.
