You're never too old to start stampin'!
From two of my clients….
For the last few weeks, Eleanor Read and myself have been going weekly into a long-term care facility to make cards with a group of 6 or so residents. Of necessity, the cards had to be fairly simple and cost effective. We used the skills learned from Jennifer, Stampin’ Up cardstock, stamps and pads we own and depended heavily on Stampin’ Up Idea Books for inspiration. (The Recreations Director cannot believe how little it costs to make a lovely card). With a lot of preparation and some help on the day, the residents manage to stamp the cards and glue them together. They love the cards they have made! Some of the cards are given to the Resident’s Council who sell them on their "Tuck Cart" to raise funds. It’s great fun, so far we have made 40 cards with them. These are the 4 designs we have used so far.
