Today’s card showcase is a simple and yet stunning Christmas card using the holly and ivy stamps in the Peace & Joy stamp set.

I got this card in a recent demonstrator card swap and I love the simplicity of this card design.

On the left side is a 1/2″ strip of Designer Series Paper from the Heartwarming Hugs DSP in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalogue.  And it is framed with another tiny piece of DSP from this same paper pack.

If you like traditional red and green colours of Christmas, then you will love this paper pack.  The colours are Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz and Real Red.

The Peace & Joy stamp set has some fantastic Christmas greetings in the stamp set that you can mix and match to customize your greeting.  But it also has a few little extras like the holly and ivy images that I’ve circled.  And the Peace & Joy bundle also includes the matching dies.

How perfect are the greeting (die cut with gold foil paper) and the holly and ivy images?  The gold cording on the card helps tie in the gold of the die-cut.  This is a thicker gold cord and it is in the Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack.  You can see the full list of supplies that I used below,
