The "Four Feathers" stamp set was first shown in the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalogue, but it is still available to order now (you can see other items that carried over on page 49 of the current Occasions Catalogue or see the page HERE.).

I got this gorgeous emboss resist technique card from a demonstrator card swap from LeeAnn Greff.  I love how LeeAnn first stamped the feathers and used Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder on them (this card really sparkles in person).  Then you sponge over top of the feathers with the two inks.  After you cut out the two feathers with the Big Shot, sponge them with Pistachio Ink.  Notice too that there are two score lines framing the sponged areas.
