This is one of my favourite cards made with the Tart and Tangy stamp set.  It also uses the Cheers to You Stamp set (see the full image at the bottom of this post).

The glass is made by sponging ink on vellum cardstock.   The edges of the "glass" are folded in and taped to the card with the vellum bowing out a bit to look like a glass.
