Top Note Purse Card

Purse  As promoised, here is another purse card (see yesterday for anothe style).  These purse cards are such a cute way to change up the regular card shape.

This purse uses the Top Note Die (with the Big Shot) as the purse top.  A piece of cardstock was first folded in half and than ran through the Big Shot with the one side not quite at the cutting line to create the extra large top note shape.

I made this card at a demonstrator meeting hostested by my upline, Laura Robinson on the weekend.  I love how Laura incorporated the Button, Button stamp set and the Designer Big Buttons on the card.  It also uses the yummy melon mambo pompom trim.

Here's two other colour schemes too! Purse-2

I'll show more of the projects we made in tomorrow's post.

To attend the next demonstrator meeting check out the meeting portion of Stamp-A-Rama.

Comments

  1. The base of the card and the purse is just a regular card (cut on the long side) shape so that the fold is a the bottom.
The top part of the purse is the TOP NOTE DIE from Stampin’ Up cut in the Big Shot and folded over the top and the back of the shape.
    Then add ribbon and trim.
If you need to purchase the TOP NOTE DIE let me know.

  2. could u plz tell me how 2 make this purse card
