This is another swap card I got from my Founder's Circle trip last month from Tami White.  I love how Tami used the spider web embossing folder from Stampin' Up and did it on cardstock vellum…for a cool 3D effect. 

The bats were done with Stampin' Up's new bat punch and iridescent ice embossing powder.

The lace also adds some texture to this card and it is from the current Holiday Mini catalogue.

All of these elements would be great on a Halloween scrapbooking page.
