This cute card was one we made at my stamp club last month.  It used a stamp set, Happy Momements,  you could get with the Sale-a-bration promotion last month, but any birthday stamp set could work.

The fun part of this card is the "icing".  We used liquid mono glue (like a white glue) and then spread it on the cake.  Then we poured Iridescent Ice Embossing powder over top of the glue and heated it up.  Heat til bubbly and volia…chunky, glittery icing!
