Stamp Set Auction Instructions

Auction How To

• Auction starts Thursday, September 18^th at 9 a.m. and closes Tuesday, Sept. 30^th at 6 pm.

• Successful auctions will give you a gift certificate (not including taxes and shipping) to use in the new Fall/Winter Idea Book and Catalogue.  For example if you bid on a set and are successful at $21, you will not only get the stamp set, but also a gift certificate to use in the new Fall/Winter Catalogue for $21 (basically you are getting the retiring stamp set for FREE!)

• The minimum bid starting bid is the original price with taxes and shipping (listed on the auction page).

• Simply click on the “Bid Now” link to send an email directly to me to place your bid.  Or alternatively, call in your bid to 905-639-9788.  All messages will have the date and time recorded with them.

• You can bid as often as you like.

• Bids will be updated at the minimum every evening on my website on the Auction Page with the highest bid price and the first name only (and last name initial if necessary)  of the current highest bidder.  Please note there might be a delay from the time you place your bid until it appears on the Auction Page.  Due to logistics, I will only email you at the end of the auction if you are top bidder, but feel free to check your status on the AUCTION Page as often as you like! (You could bookmark this page!)

•  Minimum bid increments of $2 please.

• Open to Canadians only.

• You must specify your full name and email to bid.

• Payments are due within 48 hours of successful closing bid. I will notify you by email that you have successfully won the auction.

• Auction stamp sets will be available for pick up at my Stampin’ Pad after October 1^st. (Sorry I can’t deliver these ones!).  Or alternatively, you can pay to have them shipped to you at approximately $10 for express post (price will vary depending on size of package).

Stamp Set Details

• These stamp sets are retired and no longer available to purchase from a catalogue or mini catalogue.
  
• All  stamp sets have been cut,  mounted and gently used, unless indicated.
  
• Most sets have “JT” written in marker or pen on the wood block.
  
•  All stamps are “AS IS”.
  
• Stamps all come in plastic stamp case.
