The Blown Glass Technique was demoed at a recent demonstrator meeting by Mary Louise Hamil of Milton.  She made these beautiful cards.

Basically you take the Crystal Effects product from Stampin' Up! and spread it in a thick layer on your cardstock (or acetate like the 2nd sample) and then swirl a few drops of ink refill on top and let it dry (could take a few days!).  Love this as a Valentines card or just a "thinking of you" card.

It is GORGEOUS and every card will be different.  The 2nd card sample has has white ink refill in it too and the image was stamped in staz on directly on the  (from the stamp set Plant Hope) acetate.
