Look how cute these little post it note holders are!  A client of mine, Roxane Hendrie, from Burlington made these for a recent craft show.  They are super simple to make and just involve folding a piece of cardstock over a square post it note pad and using the word window punch to make "handles".  What a great little addition to any gift.
