Here's another great sample using the Scadinavian Season Stamp set.  This gift card holder was made by one of the very creative demonstrators in my group, Sofi Daniels from Burlington.

The cardstock is folded so that in the middle 2 panels are taped together (at the edges).  She then used the word window punch & a circle punch to punch out a slot for a gift card to slide in!  Too cute!  I've folded this back in my scan so you can see better how it would look.  Sorry the scan is so crooked, it wouldn't lay straight!  So I've taken a picture too for the full effect!

I also love how she used some linen thread for strings on the mittens.  AND how gorgeous is the ribbon! In case you are wondering it is ribbon from the holiday mini "ribbon originals".
