Here's what my 6 year old is giving to his classmates this year. They use the All in the Family Stamp set.   

There is a scored bit in the middle to fold into a "pocket" for the lolly pop.  And the good old slit punch at the end holds the lolly cover together.  And we hammered a hole for the lolly stick to go through (that was Duncan's favourite part!)

We also used the heart from Short and Sweet and the "I like you" from Family Phrases and the "valentine" from Everyday Flexible Phrases.
