I had the pleasure this month of demonstrating a brand new stamp set, Timeless Tulips, (available in January or earlier if you are a demosntrator) at a demonstrator meeting in Toronto in front of 600 other demonstrators!  The pics of me are a little goofy, catching me mid talk, but I thought you might want a sense of what it is all about.

I made a bunch of samples with this pretty new stamp set, including this one where I demonstrated an advanced stamping technique that I’m calling “Painted Canvas“.  I’ve included a video below to show you exactly how I made my card. And you’ll also see below the exact products I used to create this card at the  end of this post (minus the stamp set which isn’t available until January 2020).

To create this look, it is easiest with a Distinktive style stamp set.  Distinktive stamps are a unique style to Stampin’ Up! that are photo-realistic style images with a special texture that gives them depth and dimension with a single stamp. The Distinktive line of stamps from Stampin’ Up! have these gorgeous detailed images that allow for the type of colouring that I did.
