Ever since I saw this stamp set, called "Wicked Cool" in the new Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalogue, I wanted to pair the witches shoes with this saying from the stamp set "Smarty Pants"!  I love the "Wicked" series of books and the "Wizard of Oz" and knew I could make a good witch card.  I'm just trying to decide which (no pun intended) friend to give this to.

The black jewels on the boot are in the Holiday Mini catalogue:  Designer Jewels Black Flourish.  And the embossed spider web is there too:  Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Spider Web.

Colours are:  Concord Crush (love this new deep purple), Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive
