I love this technique for a very dramatic effect.  You are colouring on stamped white ink!

This card was done with watercolour pencils instead of watercolour crayons.  And I added my own twist by lightly blending the colours with an aquapainter for added depth.

Note also the gel pen provides dramatic highlights and the orange glitter adds some awesome sparkle and pops on the dark cardstock (from the Fine Supernova pack, Idea Book & Catalogue page 180).
