I have to share this story that stamper Darleen Hopkins just told me.  Darleen and her granddaughter Rachael, age 10, came to one of my Mom & Me classes and it was first time Rachael  had stamped.  Since then Rachael has been stamping like crazy making cards for friend's birthdays and this special card for her Grandma Darleen’s birthday.  Darleen says:

      "I actually cried when I got my birthday card from her.  See what you started in a ten-year old.  Of course Grandma Dar has given her some card stock, ribbon, brads etc. to get her started.  She just loves it.  Rachael had lost interest in any after school activities and isn’t doing soccer this year, but she has taken up stamping & doing very well.  I will keep that card forever.”

 

     

 

 

 

 

AHHH….thanks Darleen for sharing that lovely story!  I love seeing people get into stamping and when it is someone so young…that is just so awesome.
